Galvanized

Galvanization is the creation of a protective coating of zinc on iron and metal surfaces.
It is one of the most reliable methods of protecting iron, as it delays and protects it against oxidation and corrosion (rust).
The 2 main methods of galvanization are hot-dip (immersion in zinc) and cold (with zinc spray).
